The area of this project is 1.1 million square meters.
It consists of 55 residential buildings, 312 residential rooms in each building with a total of 5,616 rooms managed by us, and the residential city can accommodate about 70,000 residents.
The city has many facilities, including food courts, indoor gyms and entertainment halls, parking lots, a large and modern medical clinic, 2 police stations, 3 mosques, including the second largest mosque in Qatar with a capacity of more than 6000 worshippers, and there are gardens, playgrounds, and vast recreational green spaces.
The Asian Residential City project is one of the largest workers’ residences approved in terms of housing standards for workers in the country.
